Building of the Year Award 2025

Dornbracht sponsors the international architecture competition: Architecture that impresses with its outstanding design, innovation, and social added value: the Building of the Year Awards, organised by ArchDaily, honour pioneering building projects every year. Fittings manufacturer Dornbracht is once again the main sponsor of the competition in 2025.
With this commitment, the company is strengthening its ties to the global architecture scene and promoting the exchange of ideas on excellent architecture. The public award organised by ArchDaily is one of the most important international architecture competitions. Since 2009, readers of the online magazine have had the opportunity to vote for outstanding architectural projects. The award offers architects an important platform to present their work to a global audience.
“Architecture connects cultures and ideas worldwide. By supporting the organisation of the Building of the Year Awards, we promote the global exchange on excellent building projects that stand as milestones in their own right,” explains Caroline Schmitt, CEO of Dornbracht. “This exchange is crucial for gaining new perspectives, stimulating innovation, and developing architecture sustainably.”
Interested parties have until 17 February 2025 to vote for their favourite project from around 4,000 submissions from over 100 countries. The 15 winners will be announced on 20 February 2025.
