Hand schafft Wert and Dornbracht co-operate
Hand schafft Wert GmbH and the fittings manufacturer Dornbracht are working together with immediate effect. The initiative for more appreciation and added value in the skilled trades has launched ‘Craft Care’, a warranty solution for materials provided on site, with which specialist trades can now also protect Dornbracht fittings and offer a 30-month warranty.

Stefan Gesing, CEO of Dornbracht AG & Co. KG: “The guarantee certificate covers both the craftsmanship and the product to be installed. In doing so, Hand schafft Wert closes the security gap that previously existed when installing goods provided by the customer. In addition, ‘Craft Care’ takes over the argument regarding an increased hourly rate. We see the certificate as a real enrichment for the trade sector and are pleased that we can now offer this service for all Dornbracht fittings. In particular, for our reprocessed ReCrafted fittings, which design lovers with a high level of ecological awareness can buy directly from the ReCrafted webshop, 'Craft Care' is a useful addition.”

This is how ‘Craft Care’ works
‘Craft Care’ is available to specialist craft enterprises on the handschafftwert.de portal for both private and large-scale projects. Thanks to the digital sales process, the warranty solution simplifies customer communication, minimises administrative effort and secures the craftsmanship. The costs for “Craft Care” are automatically calculated and – together with the hours worked at the increased rate – included in the specialist company's invoice. The end customers receive a warranty certificate for their components and for the craftsmanship – with a warranty of 30 months.
